What to do if your problem is urgent.
All appointments for the urgent care clinic are booked on the day, you can organise an appointment by phoning reception which is open from 08.30am.
The receptionist will ask you for a brief summary of your problem. This allows us to make sure you are safe, occasionally we might suggest another service such as minor injuries or A&E. We understand sometimes things are personal so of course a brief outlined explanation is all that is required.
